Returns via courier collection

  1. Email us at [email protected] your details including your order number, product quantity, Product code reason for return and registered email address at Got Colombo.
  2. We will then communicate with the courier company so that they can pick up your product (This will be free of charge if the product in question is incorrect, damaged or faulty. If they aren’t damaged, incorrect or faulty the recipient will be expected to pay for courier charges.
  3. Returns must be made within 14 days and they must be in their original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If the product has not been returned to us in such condition, we will be unable to accept a return.


Got Colombo does not hold liability on any import charges nor any other fee incurred by the Customs Department or the Government of the respective countries.


We give our customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it remains in a fully resalable condition. Returns must be made within 15 days and in their original, undamaged packaging. If the product in question has not been returned in such condition, we fully reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. The price of the item will be refunded to the customer account as store credits. Delivery costs will be refunded in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
