Does The Eco Rayon Viscose Shrink?

Unlike the regular viscose found in other markets, Eco Rayon Viscose displays a very minimum shrinkage as this is controlled to the highest International standard.

No, we don’t provide swatches. You can purchase a minimum of 3 yards in total before your bulk purchase if required.

How Long Will It Take for My Order To Be Processed And Shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If your domestic order is yet to arrive even after 5 days, please contact us at in**@go********.com. International orders may take up to 10-15 days to arrive. 

On occasion, orders may take up to 10 business days to process and ship, as is the case during high volume sales.

Do You Offer In-Store Pickup?

We do not offer in store pickup. We update our website catalogue regularly so that you may browse your needs and make your purchase all from the comfort and safety of your own house. All our fabrics and materials are also available to purchase on online social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

What Is Your Return Policy?

While we truly hope you are happy with your purchase, we understand that this may always not be so. Should this be the case, we accept returns within 14 days on products provided they remain in their original condition and are unmarked, uncut, and unwashed (by the purchaser). A 30% cutting and restocking fee applies to returned fabric. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable and unless we are in error, we are unable to refund return shipping costs. Should we cover return shipping costs, we only hold responsibility for return shipping from the original shipping address. We do our very best to ensure the fabrics remain flawless, but in the case of any defects or mistakes please contact us at in**@go********.com so that we may send a replacement or provide a coupon code for refund. It should be noted that returns are not accepted on sale items.

Do You Give In Meters?

No, in compliance with the regular fabric measurement standards we measure our fabrics by the yard.
